BACKGROUND

Express Kitchens now uses a BigCommerce platform with online selling tools. They work with manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. We created a digital solution to simplify manufacturing details and deliveries. Contractors can easily find personalized products and check out quickly.

Challenges

Challenges every time we deliver something, we struggle with submitting and checking data manually.
It’s taking too much time for contractor agencies to order products that they repeatedly buy.
Other websites like our competitors are watching our prices, which is affecting our business information.

Solutions

We created an app where customers must enter delivery details before they can order. This information helps the admin organize manufacturing supplies and delivery.
In our app, we made a solution for repetitive orders. The admin creates a template and adds repeated products to it. Then, they assign the template to a BigCommerce customer. So, when the customer logs into BigCommerce, they can easily find all the products in one spot.
We created a solution to hide prices for specific products or categories from guest users. With this solution, we can easily control privacy settings.
