Web Designer

A front end developer implements a combination of HTML, CSS, and Javascript to come up with what a user gets to see and interact with on the website. An HTML/CSS developer is simply a front-end developer specializing in HTML/CSS who can create magic with just HTML and CSS. They are also well versed in pre-processors.

Responsibilities:

• Managing JavaScript frameworks/libraries like JQuery, Ember, AngularJS, React etc.
• Use JS-based tools like Grunt, Gulp and Bower.
• Have an expertise in UI/UX expertise.
• Implementation of UI,UIkit or Susy.
• Ability to create a responsive design.

Magento Developer

Bliss is currently looking for Magento expert, who has extensive experience with Magento Platform, extensions integration, fixing common error & compatibility issues when using multiple extensions and Theme/design Integration. Developer should be detail oriented and be able to create a precise development road-map to be followed for successful deployment. Certification on Magento will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and style the Magento front end
• Configure basic and advanced Magento settings
• Themes, plugins, shipping, payment gateway, speed optimization, etc.
• Expertise in HTML, PHP, CSS, Jquery, AJAX, JSON
• Research, install, and configure various Magento Extensions and Module Development.
• Previous use of a version control system (Git or SVN).
• Customize every portion of Magento to meet client’s requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and Verbal.

Team Lead-Magento

Responsibilities:

• Architect and propose Magneto solutions as per client requirements.
• Understand the goals and strategy behind each project of team member from conception through completion.
• Communicate effectively with project manager, Train the subordinate team of developers according to project requirement.
• Perform a technical analysis of requirements of all team members.
• Perform thorough quality analysis on the code before go live.
• Research on new integration and plug-in capabilities.
• Be actively involved in the pre-sales activities by demonstrating technical.

IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Process Analyst at Bliss Web Solution Pvt.Ltd, you will be responsible for both implementing new systems and supporting existing systems for organizational functions for IT domain.

You will use the following standardized release procedures: coordinating, planning, monitoring, documenting, testing, and scheduling in a manner consistent with department standards when applicable.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Gather and formalize business requirements.
• Collaborate with client to identify business requirements
• Developing project plans and providing project management assistance
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all clients
• Create documentation (business rules, as is/to be flows, requirements, data configuration, use cases, functional specs, and testing forms).
• Facilitate collaboration between affected groups to gain acceptance of the process changes and complete assigned tasks by the due dates.
• Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
• Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.

Job Description:

• The IT Project coordinator is a responsible to deliver a project from initiation till its implementation.
• While working over the project, needs to adhere to group standards and deliver given project within agreed budget and timelines.
• Responsible for all project decisions and understand both the business objectives and the development teams’ contribution for their assigned projects Act as the single point of contact and coordination for delivery of final deliverables End.
• The IT Project coordinator will act as the liaison between the Business teams, engineering teams, testing teams and release teams and service delivery teams. The project coordinator will manage the entire process from documentation of technical requirements, Risk Management through testing and delivery of the project
• Good Experience on Project Management on delivering projects End to End starting from Kick off till post implementation support and Project closure activities.
